You can implement nothing about the economy. You can’t make jobs appear out of nothing. But you have entire control over you. And here is the key.
Examine your search externally; take a break and examine everything you’ve implemented along with the consequences or mistakes to date.
For instance:
• Take the market into account; it may be giving you signs you understand something. It could be a problem concerning you. It could have something to implement with the way you’re taking yourself, your communication, or the way you’re cooperating with the market. There could also be some wider problems actually.
• Examine your unequalled selling offer. Have you found the appropriate USP for this market, your field and the organizations you’re concentrating on? Is it adequate of a differentiating? Are you expressing it clearly?
• Point your marketing paper, your resume. It would be better, to ask someone else to look at it. Ask them to be entirely candid and provide an evaluation. Are you representing an insuperable story? Do you provide your claims with real facts? Do you look like an interesting, unequalled applicant? Do you catch the reader’s attention within the first several words? Is any of the information indefinite or unintelligible? Is the document written well? Is it entirely checked for mistakes?
• If you work in some field according to the contract, you may not be able to expose your skills and qualifications in the same method you once could. Your method might need regulation. Would control need more alternatives? Are your abilities transferable? Can you be supple concerning your compensation needs?
Next, take the process itself into account. Are you becoming stalled at the same time logically? Are you still not receiving calls? Do you have interview and then you stop at the early phases? Are you implementing it all the up to the point but not obtaining the offer?
These are much unequalled situations but if there’s an example, you can really easily find the ground reason of your problems.
