By now you’ve probably heard of blackhat seo techniques which referr to methods for manipulating search engines outside of the normal rule-playing field as well as whitehat techniques which is the opposite meaning methods that strictly adhere to the normal rule-playing fields of traffic domination. But what about BlueHat techniques…how is it that I never came across this before :?:
I constantly visit the sites of those who visit me as well as visit sites within the EntreCard and MyBlogLog networks but I never found such an informative and somewhat sinister (if you add in all the traffic-getting plugins these guys come up with) site as the following:
There are tons of internet marketing information that I just learned along with some seriously underrated WordPress plugins such as the one I just installed that looks for similar posts as yours in the blogoshphere and then does automatic “pinbacks” to those other blogs. Of course, this greatly enhances your link-back building which in turn enhances your ranking. Here’s an excerpt from their SEO Empire post:
What I’m going to do is go over an overall strategy on how to make money with SEO the Blue Hat way. It’s not necessarily a plan. It’s a strategic method for not only making proper investments and profiting but building a strong platform and the resources necessary to succeed in any future projects you take on. With a proper strategy and structure you will be able to accomplish just about anything in this industry. Some of the stuff will be fun and high profit some will seem mundane and low profit, but keep in mind that it is all necessary. Amateurs skip to the stuff they see everyone else making a big profit off of, but what they don’t realize is the pro’s are only pulling this stuff off because they took the necessary time and energy to build a proper foundation and resources to pull off the big money stuff. So I’m going to step through the entire process with you. It’ll be long and complicated in parts simply because it’ll utilize every ounce of SEO knowledge you have including all the past posts on this blog, but I’ll keep it simple and easy to understand. When we’re finished you’ll have all the knowledge you need to become an SEO pro. This I promise you.

I’ve heard of white hat, black hat, and grey hat, but never blue hat. I almost didn’t click through to their site, but I’m glad I did. Based on their wiki article, I bookmarked them for further reading. Thanks.

BlueHatSEO is a great site. One of my frequent sites. I think SEO is really more a shade of gray.

Looks like an interesting site. I find SEO information interesting, and I’m willing to read through most articles, white, grey, even blue, I guess. Though I’d rather stay away from black.

I’m guessing they came up with the “blue” terminology instead of grey hat because the color/word “blue” has more of a calming effect while grey is dull, boring, and unclear…

Awesome plugin, thanks! However, the regular commenters on the site, including the blog owner, remind me way too much of diggers…no thanks. ;)

Explain in further detail what you mean by “diggers”?

I’m not too sure about that plugin. I have been pinked a lot by them and after following found that there were not really related and so I delete the trackbacks. I much prefer that someone actually read my post and found it worthy enough that they took the time to leave a ‘human’ trackback’ rather than the automated type.

Well, Bluehat SEO is one of the sites that I read often. I presume there is no such thing as “bluehat” strategies. It’s just yet another smart branding.

Yes we have smileys in the first row active…but I’m tripping on how to make the second row of smilies insert upon a commenters click…any help would be appreciated
Update: Well, the 2nd row smileys can now be inserted, but the code is a bit long as you’ll see when you click on them. However, after you hit ‘Post My Comment’ the particular smiley chosen does display

Now worries Caleb. I use a different plugin for my smilies, but as long as it works that is all that counts.

@valutahandel, you would think so, but unfortunately I would say it will be a very long time before it dies just because when it comes to computers nothing is 100% secure/safe.
Till then,
