Realization Versus Actualization Part II
The simplest way I found to truly actualize something, is by using the most “primitive” and basic reframing formulas of NLP. It is simple, maybe you’d think it is too simple, but I can tell you first hand – it works!
The formula goes as follows:
“What If…” + “How would…” + “Right now” = anticipated dissociation
In other words think about and imagine -although writing it down may prove to be more beneficial- what if you could do a particular thing, then how would it feel once you’ve done it, and how would it be if it was done RIGHT NOW!
Do this mental excercise with anything you need to accomplish and comment on your results here.
Another note: what if you were to write using this formula?
- I mean write every sentence according to what the reader would like to do,
- then how the reader would feel if once they did it
- and finally what would the experience be like if it was going on right now.
I assure you your readers will be greatly motivated to do whatever that thing is they desire…which in our case is to become better marketers.
