Rahul, Google is beginning to come down on sites that even do pay per posts…it’s getting thick in this biz we’re in! My new buddy in the blogoshere diTesco -whom recently guest posted here as well as I guest posted for him- has a video of Google’s Matt Cutts explaining why they just banned Google Japan for this very same thing
The difference here is that the link I give for a visitor scratching my back is NO-FOLLOW so no pagerank can be passed on which is really Google’s big pet peave…in this way the link I give cannot be used to manipulate Google’s search rankings.

This was part of the original wording when I first offered this spot using the scratch-back widget(which was in that position), but have since switched to the ‘Link Show-Off’ widget instead…
…issue now resolved as widget is now back in its correct position within the top right sidebar and awaits your links to be shown off
